Payment Policy

At Partners, we believe that clarity around pricing and policies helps you enter therapy with confidence and peace of mind. Below you’ll find a detailed outline of our service fees, payment expectations, and cancellation guidelines.
General Services
Session Fees
Individual Assessment (90 minutes): $350
Individual Counseling (50 minutes): $250
Couples Assessment (90 minutes): $350
Couples Counseling (80 minutes): $350
Pre-Marital Counseling (80 minutes): $350
Payment
Credit card payment is due the morning of each session.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual, couples, or pre-marital session (not including intensives - see intensives policy below).
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be billed at the full session fee (not including intensives - see intensives policy below).
Intensives
Intensive Fees
Half-Day Intensive (Approx. 3 hours): $1,275
1-Day Intensive (Approx. 6–7 hours): $2,550
2+ Day Intensive (12–14 hours over 2+ days): $5,250
Payment & Rescheduling Policy for Intensives
Your Intensive is a significant investment of time, preparation, and care — and we devote ourselves fully to creating the best possible experience for you and your partner. Because these days are reserved exclusively for you, we’ve outlined a clear payment and rescheduling policy below.
Deposit
To reserve your Intensive date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking.
Remaining Balance
The final 50% is due 7 days before your Intensive begins.
Cancellations (8+ Days in Advance)
If you need to cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled start date, your remaining balance will not be charged.
Cancellations (7 Days or Fewer)
If you cancel within 7 days of the Intensive, your full payment may be applied to one rescheduled Intensive. Rescheduled Intensives must be completed within 90 days of your original date.
Travel Considerations
Because life can bring unexpected challenges, we recommend booking refundable travel arrangements or purchasing trip insurance if you’re traveling from out of town. This provides extra peace of mind in case plans need to shift.
